Distribution of the 2014 Quarter 2 Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) quarterly reports to Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Part D Sponsors was completed on Friday, August 29, 2014. Please check your CGDP mailbox to confirm receipt.
Note: Even though we are releasing the invoices earlier than the scheduled date of August 31, 2014, the original deadline specified below is still in effect.
As stated in the Manufacturer Agreement, manufacturers have 38 days from date of report receipt to make payment and 5 business days from the payment date to submit a Payment Confirmation. Part D sponsors have 5 business days from receipt of payment to file their Payment Confirmation Report. The deadline for payments for Q2 2014 invoices is Thursday, October 9, 2014 and Payment Confirmation files are due to the TPA no later Thursday, October 16, 2014.
